Experienced Strata Manager – Perth CBD Are you a skilled Strata Manager ready to take your career to the next level? We’re seeking an experienced professional to manage a balanced mixed portfolio of residential and commercial buildings, delivering exceptional service and freeing up senior management to focus on strategic initiatives. What you’ll be doing: Lead standard Strata Manager duties including AGMs, meeting minutes, levy recovery, and financial reporting.Build strong relationships with owners, councils, contractors, and key stakeholders.Provide operational and governance support to Councils of Owners.Collaborate with dedicated administrative and trust support teams.Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and company processes. What we’re looking for: 3 years’ experience as a Strata Manager.In-depth knowledge of the Strata Titles Act and WA regulations.Strong financial literacy and reporting skills.Exceptional communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.Confidence with Microsoft Office; PropertyIQ experience is a plus.
