The Role: As a Van Driver at DHL, you’ll play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and the safe, timely delivery of goods across the Sydney metropolitan area. You’ll be part of a well-established business known for its reliability and commitment to excellence. We’re looking for someone with prior experience in multi-drop delivery operations, who holds the appropriate vehicle licences and takes pride in providing a great customer experience. What you’ll do: Complete multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently Load and unload vehicles in line with DHL’s safety standards Plan daily delivery routes for optimal efficiency Provide professional, friendly customer service and respond to enquiries Ensure secure delivery of items within designated timeframes Demonstrate sound knowledge of the Sydney Metro area Follow strict procedures for vehicle locking, inspection, and security compliance Accurately record all deliveries and documentation using DHL systems What you’ll bring: Proven experience in multi-drop deliveries (essential) A current C Class driver’s licence and the ability to operate a manual vehicle Demonstrated experience in route planning and time management Strong face-to-face customer service and communication skills Accuracy in record-keeping and confidence using handheld technology A positive, proactive “Can Do” attitude with a focus on teamwork and safety Willingness to undergo a Security Clearance as part of the recruitment process Ability to provide a recent Driving Record upon request What we offer: Access to online learning and training programs.
