The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in ERP systems and a passion for risk, compliance, and security. You’ll play a key role in helping shape the future of Turosi’s technology landscape — starting with ERP optimisation and extending into broader IT initiatives. Working closely with our National Information Systems Manager, this role will lead engagement across departments including Finance, Operations, HR, Data, and Supply Chain. You’ll help translate business needs into effective system solutions, identify risks, and support the business as we prepare for the implementation of SAP at one of our facilities in 2026. Key Responsibilities Lead workshops with key stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements. Define and document current and future-state business processes across core ERP modules. Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. Collaborate with internal teams, ERP vendors and implementation partners to identify solutions. Conduct workflow analyses to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Support testing and validation, ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations. Assist in identifying and reporting IT and cybersecurity risks. Provide recommendations to enhance ERP system efficiency and business performance. About You 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in ERP or digital transformation projects. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Commerce, or related field. Strong knowledge of ERP systems — ideally Business Central and/or SAP. Manufacturing or industrial sector experience (highly regarded). Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proven ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.
