At Marathon Health we’re seeking a proactive and strategic Asset Manager to lead the way in optimising asset performance, ensuring compliance and supporting long term sustainability. You’ll play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, ensuring compliance, and future-proofing our asset portfolio. In This Role, You Will Develop and deliver asset management plans that align with our strategic goals.Maintain a comprehensive and accurate asset register and lifecycle documentation.Oversee ICT assets and manage vendor contracts to ensure optimal value and performance.Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across Marathon Health and headspace property sites.Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely repairs and servicing.Manage the fleet contract, ensuring vehicles are utilised effectively within lease parameters.Ensure all relevant insurances are current and claims are actioned promptly.
