Selection Criteria Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a part of a team while promoting a positive workplace culture. Demonstrated and proven accurate data entry and high level clerical skills. Ability to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment including ability to organise and set work priorities to meet department benchmarks and standards. Demonstrated computer literacy including proficient keyboard and data entry skills. Demonstrated and proven excellent customer service skills. Ability to understand the importance of correct patient financial classification and revenue collection in a public hospital setting.
