Power Platform / D365 Developer

We’re seeking a Developer with excellent communication skills, a hunger to learn, sharp eye for detail, and a passion for solving real-world problems. This role sits within the technical team (80% Projects / 20% BAU), where you’ll play a key part in developing, maintaining, enhancing, and evolving enterprise systems, while also contributing to exciting AI-driven initiatives. The role can be based out of Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney or Canberra. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values stability, quality, and continuous improvement Gain exposure to AI technologies while building your enterprise development skills Work with clearly defined user stories and structured processes Learn from experienced mentors and contribute to meaningful projects Flexible work arrangements and a collaborative culture Duties Developing, supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions Developing and automating workflows with Power Apps and Power Automate Working from fully defined user stories to deliver reliable, maintainable code Building and refining front-end components using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and CSP.NET Assisting in AI integration projects, including work with Python Collaborating with senior developers and business analysts to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements Helping bring internal tools and products to market through iterative development and support Skills Required Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) A working understanding of Dynamics 365 and its ecosystem Strong skills in JavaScript and TypeScript Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and CSP.NET Exposure to Python and an interest in AI and automation Bonus: Experience with C#, .NET Framework, Azure Services, or Microsoft Copilot / Azure OpenAI A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to grow.
