What You Will Be Doing Supervising and coordinating civil construction crews Managing subdivisions including bulk earthworks, service installations, and road construction Monitoring site operations for compliance with safety standards and company policies Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and specifications Troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues Communicating with subcontractors and stakeholders Assisting in scheduling and planning daily/weekly activities Mentoring junior team members What You Will Need 5 years’ experience in a Civil Construction Supervisor role or similar Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, equipment, and materials Proven leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret engineering and construction plans accurately Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline Valid Driver’s Licence and White Card What’s In It For You?
