Brandt is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Settlements Administrator to join our Settlements & Rental team. Reporting to the Settlements & Rental Manager, this role plays an important part in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of settlements across the Brandt Group of Companies. Your key responsibilities will include: Processing and reconciling settlements in line with company and supplier requirements Reviewing and auditing whole goods transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with OEM program guidelines Supporting the monitoring and reconciliation of accounts related to whole goods invoicing Assisting with reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives Collaborating with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely settlements About You You're organised, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in your attention to detail and enjoy working independently and as part of a team.
