Inverell, New South Wales Description Position Overview The Supervisor Rural Maintenance plays a crucial role in overseeing various rural maintenance projects, including gravel resheeting programs and heavy patching initiatives. This position is responsible for the management and supervision of operational staff, ensuring that all works are completed efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety and quality standards. Certificate III in Civil Construction and satisfactory experience and knowledge in the relevant fields of operation;Class C Drivers License;Successful completion of an approved course for Supervisors, or suitable experience in supervising staff;SafeWork NSW Traffic Control Work Traffic Controller (TCR) and Implement Traffic Control Plans (IMP) accreditation;SafeWork NSW General Construction Induction card ('White Card');Identify, locate and protect underground services unit of competency; andWork safely in the vicinity of overhead electrical apparatus as a non-electrical worker unit of competency. We are seeking an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
