About the Role RMB Logistics is seeking a talented and organized Administration professional to join our team in Silvan, VIC. This full-time role is pivotal in supporting the smooth operation of our logistics services. What You'll Be Doing We are looking for an organised individual to manage our Administration, payroll and Finance operations. This fast-paced role involves handling essential administrative duties, managing bookings, and overseeing financial processes, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payroll. What We're Looking For Previous experience in administration, specialising in accounts and payroll, is essential. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Xero is essential. Experience with the Carton Cloud transport system is desirable but not mandatory. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure. A positive, proactive, and collaborative approach to your work.
