About the Role As a Pick Packer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate handling of goods across the warehouse. This role is ideal for those who take pride in their work, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You will be responsible for order picking, packing, and general warehouse duties to support daily operations. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Assist with receiving and dispatching stock Load and unload goods for delivery and storage Collaborate with Warehouse and Dispatch Managers to meet deadlines Carry out manual handling tasks (up to 20kg) Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace Follow safety and operational procedures at all times Skills and Experience Pick packing experience essential (retail or logistics environment) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills Basic computer literacy (WMS experience advantageous) Reliable and punctual with a positive, can-do attitude Ability to work a Monday–Friday roster Must have full Australian working rights What’s on Offer Competitive hourly rate $25-$27 super (depending on experience) Day shift, Monday to Friday - enjoy weekends and public holidays off Weekly pay and full-time permanent employment Brand new, modern warehouse with excellent amenities and on-site parking Stable, long-term position in a growing national business Opportunities for internal growth and cross-department career development How to Apply If you are an experienced Pick Packer seeking stable full-time work in a modern warehouse with a great team environment, we’d love to hear from you.
