Admin and Resource Allocator

Commworx is a growing Civil Construction company with of 60 staff and fleet of Civil Plant. Our office is located at Tuggerah and looking for someone to join the operations team of the business. About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Admin & Resource Allocator to join our growing team. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple projects — coordinating people, plant, and paperwork to keep everything running efficiently. You’ll work closely with management, project teams, and suppliers to support construction delivery through effective administration, recruitment coordination, and resource scheduling. Key Responsibilities Coordinate rostering and resource allocation across multiple projects and teams. Maintain and update skills matrices and workforce records. Support recruitment and onboarding activities. Perform a variety of administrative and data entry tasks using various IT systems. Prepare and review project, training, and compliance documentation. Liaise with management, operations, clients, and suppliers to support project delivery. Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes. Ensure documentation meets audit and compliance standards. About You To be successful, you will have: Strong administrative and organisational skills, ideally within a construction or civil works environment. Experience with workforce or project scheduling systems (desirable). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
