Generalist HR Business PartneringOperational PortfolioLarge National Mining BusinessGeneralist HR business Partner role within a large-scale mining organisation To be successful in your application for this position, you will be an experienced and qualified HR Business Partner who has previously worked within large, complex organisations within the mining or resources sector supporting operational leadership. Playing an integral part within the business partnering team, you will have your own portfolio that you will be responsible for engaging with to ensure human resources best practice, raising the capability to continue the development of a high-performing workforce. You will be responsible for strategically aligning the HR Business Plan to the business unit objectives through collaborative partnering and effective engagement with the Executive and Senior Leadership teams. You will support all BAU activities, coupled with management of the annual cyclical activities and the design, development and implementation of talent management initiatives, engagement and retention strategies, project management of organisational transformation and change, and ensuring that culture is at the forefront of aligning with values and behaviours. The position requires that you possess extensive business partnering skills across all facets of human resources and recent experience of interpreting Australian industrial tools and legislation. You will excel in your stakeholder engagement, influencing through qualitative and quantitative data and presentation of reports.
