Government Department - 10 Week Contract Southbank Location Travel iPad Rollout and Windows 11 Deployment This position requires an experienced IT Support office to assist in the deployment of Windows 11 and iPad deployment. This role does involve travel around Victoria. Must have a valid Victorian drivers license. Key Accountabilities The scope of responsibility extends to the roll-out of iPads Support and administrator the Windows 11 project, the iPad roll out project and the office relocation project. Provide and maintain a strong customer focus and support services Provide support for applications, email and technology services Skills & Competencies Minimum 12 months as a Service Desk Analyst Excellent customer service skills Experience supporting Microsoft Environment Good communication skills, both written and verbal, including a personable and professional phone manner Have current, valid Victorian driver's license.
