They specialise in: Residential and Commercial Remedial Projects Strata Works and Ongoing Building Maintenance Government Remedial Projects Leak Detection and Repair Building Rectification and Upgrades Waterproofing Solutions Concrete Remediation Balcony and Roof Repairs Façade Upgrades and Cladding Replacement Fire Safety Upgrades and Compliance The Role Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor / Foreman with experience in Remedial Building and Waterproofing works to join their team. It is essential that you have 3 years' minimum experience working in Remedial Building work. Benefits Great Salary: $120k to $135k (base salary - depending on experience) Superannuation $15k Car Allowance Great Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30 pm - Overtime optional, but not essential. Requirements Essential - 3 years' minimum experience working in Remedial Building. Essential Experience and knowledge on - Remedial Building, Concrete Cancer / Concrete Spalling, Concrete Repair, Balcony Remediation & Reinstatement, Waterproofing, Facade upgrades Essential Experience running medium to large scale Remedial Building projects between $4M up to $8M dollars in remedial building works Essential - Trade Qualified Carpenter or Waterproofer or Brick Layer Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship A clear confident communicator that provides regular progress updates to a Project Manager Construction White Card Ability to lead and give direction and advise Strong safety mindset Ability to hold Tool Box / Safety Talks Ability to hold project meetings with remedial engineers and the client Ability to provide detailed project updates to all parties including the client.
