About us MDS Pacific Pty Ltd is an IT systems integrator, specialising in Windows Embedded/IoT & ICT solutions. It is an official distributor of Microsoft Windows IoT as well as Intel Gold Technology Provider in Australia and New Zealand markets since 2005. It currently provides full-featured embedded software and hardware solutions to wide range of industries such as Gaming, Digital Signage, POS, Industrial Automation and Transportation. It is wholly owned and operated by MDS Tech Inc Korea, with regional presence in Australia, China, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and USA; and plans to expand its business to Cloud, IoT, Robotics and 4G/5G wireless solutions. Qualifications & experience Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail Organizational and logistics skills Proven experience using Xero for bookkeeping or financial administration Ability to work autonomously and a team player Be open-minded, flexible and culturally-aware Strong communication skills both written and verbal 1-3 years of relevant experience Business Operations or in a similar role preferred (not mandatory) Tasks & responsibilities Maintain and update financial records in Xero. Upload and organise invoices, receipts and other supporting documents. Accounts Receivable (payment allocations, reconciliations; processing of payments from customers) Accounts Payable (accurate processing of vendor invoices, supplier liaison) Assist with ad-hoc administrative and data entry tasks related to finance and operations.
