With a focus on quality, community, and innovation, they are currently expanding their team to support a growing pipeline of large-scale projects. The Opportunity We are seeking a driven and capable Assistant Development Manager or Development Manager to join the team and contribute to the delivery of high-density, mixed-use developments. You’ll work alongside a seasoned leadership team and gain exposure to the full development lifecycle—from feasibility and planning through to delivery and handover. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing the end-to-end development process for high-rise residential and mixed-use projects Support feasibility modelling, site analysis, and due diligence Coordinate consultants, architects, and internal stakeholders across design and planning phases Prepare and manage DA submissions and liaise with councils and authorities Monitor project budgets, timelines, and reporting Contribute to PCG meetings, board reporting, and project strategy About You 4 years’ experience in property development, ideally across high-density or mixed-use projects Strong understanding of NSW planning frameworks and development processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficient in feasibility modelling tools (e.g. Estate Master) Tertiary qualifications in Property, Planning, Construction, or related field
