Commercial Construction Site Supervisor

An opportunity has arisen for a talented Site Supervisor to join our commercial construction team. We are an established Multiple award winning Commercial Construction Company with varied projects ranging from architecturally designed commercial buildings, refurbishments, fitouts, and restoration/refurbishments to Heritage Buildings. Our clients span both the Government and the private sector, and our projects are located in both metropolitan and regional NSW. Projects range from $500k - $10 million. The duties and responsibilities for this role will include: Ability to interpret drawings and specifications, and set out projects Ability to successfully manage subcontractors Ability to train and manage our on-site team Commitment to a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly workplace and ensuring compliance with regulations on site Ability and flexibility to plan, adapt and deliver the construction programme The completion of all site reporting requirements in accordance with our Quality Management System. The successful candidate will require the following skills and attributes: Building Trade Certificate and/or Cert IV qualification Minimum 5years experience as a site supervisor across construction/refurb/fitout (Project value $500K - $5 million) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ambitious & Client focused Hard working and willing to work the required hours to successfully complete the project on time, on budget and of high quality. Be willing to exceed project targets. Have a solid building understanding with strong time management and organisational skills A police check may be required, as we work in schools and other educational environments.
