We’re looking for a Reliability Planner to join our team at Kiewa and play a key role in ensuring our production assets run reliably, efficiently, and safely. How you will make contributions that matter As a Reliability Planner, you’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating all maintenance activities across our site. You’ll work closely with trade teams and contractors to ensure timely resolution of defects and the effective delivery of preventative maintenance programs. Your work will directly impact plant reliability, production output, and product quality. Develop and execute daily, weekly, and periodic maintenance schedules. Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance using SAP and CMMS tools. Lead planning for major shutdowns and repair programs. Manage spare parts procurement and reliability data. Support continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to optimize asset performance. About you Certificate III in Electrical or Mechanical trade (or equivalent) is advantageous. Experience in manufacturing environments and maintenance planning. Strong knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP preferred). High computer literacy and strong communication skills. Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, LEAN principles, and Australian Standards. Ability to manage contractors and lead planning meetings.
