We are especially seeking male support workers to support our growing number of male participants, though all applicants are welcome to apply. We’re looking for people who are committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives. What we’re looking for: Current First Aid and CPR certification Comprehensive Car Insurance NDIS Worker Screening Check Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle A growth mindset with willingness to learn and grow Highly regarded (but not essential): Disability Support Experience Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification) Pay rate: $42–$46 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
