The Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager – Sales, this role is all about s trategic growth and partnership building. You’ll develop new and existing trade accounts, identify market opportunities, and work closely with suppliers to deliver value to customers. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where relationships, product knowledge and trust matter and where you’ll have the freedom to shape your territory and results. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and grow trade customer accounts in the Mandurah region Build strong, long-term relationships with builders, project managers, and contractors Develop and execute customer growth plans and territory strategies Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to deliver customer excellence Analyse market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities Represent the business at trade events, industry functions, and customer visits About You Proven success in B2B sales or business development within the building materials or construction supply sectors Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Commercial acumen with a focus on margin, volume, and customer retention Self-motivated, professional, and resilient Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel Apply now and take the next step in your career where your experience, energy, and ideas truly matter.
