Admin Assistant - PPT Franklyn Blinds Awnings Security is Brisbane owned and based window furnishings manufacturer. We take pride in the fact that we are a market leader in our industry. We are looking for an administration assistant to join our team at our new propose built factory at Rochedale. The position will be on a part time basis for 2 days a week. Hours are 8.30am to 5pm Wednesday and Thursday. The Administration Assistant is responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Taking appointments over the phone. Answering overflow calls. Data entry, filing and stationary organisation. General administrative support as required. Invoicing Requirements of Administration Assistant: At least 3 years Administration experience. Exceptional phone manner and customer service is a must. Ability to work autonomously. Ability to problem solve. Presentation is exceptionally important. MS Office Word is a must. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage. Possibility of additional days depending on applicants availability.
