The Children and Family Services team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join the team. Why join us? From annual skin checks and flu shots to our bi-annual health fair, we’re committed to helping you stay healthy The Role In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our services. Your responsibilities will include managing documentation, coordinating schedules, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support the delivery of high-quality care. About You Certificate III or IV in business administration or Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent experience. Proven experience and demonstrated abilities in high level operational and administrative support. Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office and maintaining databases, including relevant Finance and PC applications (example knowledge of Tech1 and Harmony or similar education and care package). Effective written and oral communication skills and sound attention to detail. Demonstrated interpersonal skills and cooperative approach to working with others. Proven organisational skills and ability to prioritise and complete workloads to timeframes.
