Skilled Labourer – Demolition, Waste Removal and Site Clean Up

About the Role We’re an expanding demolition and rubbish removal company looking for motivated, skilled labourers to join our growing crew. You’ll be working on a variety of residential and light commercial sites — including bathroom/kitchen strip-outs, wall removals, shed demolitions, site clean-ups and waste removal jobs. If you’ve got hands-on experience with demolition tools and a solid work ethic, this is a great opportunity to secure regular work with a team that values reliability and hard work. Duties & Responsibilities Assist with residential and commercial demolition projects Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Load and unload debris into trucks / trailers / skips Work closely with the team to ensure jobs are completed on time Maintain site cleanliness and follow all safety procedures Perform manual handling and heavy lifting as required Requirements Minimum 6 months demolition or construction labouring experience White Card (mandatory) Ability to work independently and in a team Reliable transport to job sites (driver’s licence preferred) Physically fit and able to handle repetitive lifting/manual work Punctual, hardworking, and safety-conscious attitude What We Offer Competitive hourly rates (based on experience) overtime Consistent weekly work with immediate start Friendly, supportive team environment Potential to progress into Leading Hand or Team Leader roles Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual Pay: $26.77 – $42.97 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Work Location: In person
