In this role, you’ll be the key connection between residents and our waste service provider, managing complex enquiries and ensuring timely, effective resolutions. Your ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across teams will be central to enhancing the resident experience. What your experience might look like Excellent written and oral communication skills including the capacity to negotiate and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to build and manage relationships critical to the delivery of Council’s services. Demonstrated knowledge and application of waste management principles and practices necessary to strategically manage the waste generated within the City. Proven ability to provide efficient, timely and high-quality customer service. Demonstrated knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework applicable to the position.
