About the Role As a Senior Speech Pathologist , you’ll deliver evidence based and functional communication and swallowing support that make a meaningful impact. You’ll: · Conduct communication, language, feeding, and mealtime assessments across diverse age groups and disabilities. · Develop and implement goal directed therapy plans promoting communication, participation, and independence. · Provide AAC assessments and training for clients, families, and support teams. · Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary colleagues. · Contribute to service development, innovation, and best practice initiatives. You’ll be supported to grow your leadership and clinical expertise within a team that truly values your voice and ideas. About You You’re a compassionate and skilled clinician who loves helping others find their voice. You take initiative, enjoy working autonomously, and bring energy to collaborative practices. You’ll bring: · Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology · SPA membership and registration · Experience in NDIS, community, or disability settings (3 years preferred) · Strong communication and documentation skills · Commitment to person centred, and functional practice. Current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain).
