Job Description

Role: Service Desk Analyst Location: Sydney (Barangaroo) Salary: $90–$100K incl. Super Bonus Every role at GrainCorp helps deliver high-quality service to our customers and communities. In this role, you’ll contribute by: Providing Level 1/2 technical support to over 2,500 internal users and contractors, ensuring smooth IT operations and enabling business functions. About the role: Respond to and resolve IT incidents and service requests via phone, email, and ticketing system. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure SLA compliance. Troubleshoot remotely using tools like Remote Desktop. Support Microsoft environments including Windows, Office365, Teams, Active Directory, Exchange Online. Participate in system maintenance and access provisioning. Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users. Contribute to service desk process improvements and project delivery. About your experience: At least 4 years in a similar Service Desk role. Strong experience with Azure or Entra, Active Directory, and Exchange. System administration skills (e.g. Intune configuration) are a plus. Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.
