ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a Sales Support Team Leader to manage our VIC-based sales support team and ensure our business development managers across Australia have the tools and support they need to succeed. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage a centralised sales support team Oversee proposals, quotes, tenders, and lead allocation for the national branch network Drive consistency and accuracy across sales administration processes Support onboarding and training for new BDMs Build and maintain sales enablement tools like templates, dashboards, and reports Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the sales support function WHY JOIN US?
