The successful candidate will become part of the MA team to provide accurate pricing responses for tender submission within the agreed timeframes. To manage competitive rate offerings by having a comprehensive knowledge of pricing regulations in the Security and Cleaning industries and by attending site inspections for tender submissions. Responsibilities: Develops and implements pricing strategies for a company’s products or services. Manages all tender pricing submission & secure high success in submission. Acts a key gatekeeper on pricing control. Works closely with several other departments, including sales, bid writers, finance & operations to perform. Determine a pricing strategy for products and services by attending tender/contract site walk throughs nationally. Considering all exceptions and support structures for services and other costs to determine the price point to make a profit. Set base prices and develop strategies on pricing to submit to tender and maximize the tender values. Clarify the bid conditions with bid writing team, business development team and finance. Coordinate of pricing reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers maintain Pricing Structure & Control keeps track of the pricing submission results. Track Market Trends; He/she shall spend time monitoring the market to establish what rival companies are offering to maintain up to date pricing. Skills: Practical experience in a similar position advantageous Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, mathematical and analytical skills. Need to be a team player with strong leadership and project management capabilities. A good sense of finance or accounting principles is important for this position. Evaluating service structure costs to develop pricing strategies Understanding the impact of pricing on profit margins Developing and defining pricing structures for different clients. Understanding contract negotiations and proposal development. Understanding of Security, Security system, Cleaning and Facility pricing regulations High level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerBI Strong time-management and organizational skills Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time Well-developed negotiation skills Able to Travel across various Client locations Must have full working working rights.
