Period of Appointment Fixed term 3 years Hours per fortnight 73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available. Duties Implement project related HR, employment, and recruitment priorities for the agency in line with the Human Resources Transformation Project (HRTP), including to support the deployment of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and other critical Agency or whole-of-service priorities. Facilitate the implementation of robust employment screening processes in accordance with existing legislation. Review current recruitment and establishment business processes for efficiency and effectiveness and provide/develop plans to deploy new technology and processes. Assist in the building, implementation and maintenance of effective and accurate establishment management and related processes. Build a culture of continuous improvement in the development and implementation of best practice and contemporary recruitment policies, practices and procedures. Support the project planning, implementation, change management and training activities of projects, including the HRIS project. Perform other assigned duties within the knowledge, skills and experience expected at the classification level.
