AO3 Project Management Support Officer – Apply now Your new company Are you an experienced administrator with a background in project support? We are currently seeking a Project Management Support Officer to join a dynamic operational team delivering critical infrastructure projects across the Gold Coast. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, a proactive mindset, and the flexibility to support both day and afternoon shift teams. Your new role Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Project Management team. Prepare and distribute project documentation and maintain accurate project records. Assist with monthly reporting and contribute to operational planning activities. Coordinate permits and approvals. Liaise with police, traffic control, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Support the use and troubleshooting of electronic devices (iPads, iPhones) and project software. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in project administration, ideally within the electrical or road construction industries. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management systems (GECO, Streams/SIMS, AMMS, SAP). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional afternoon shifts (e.g., 12pm–8pm).
