Site Administrator

Experienced site administrator required for an extremely busy Tier 1 mine site. At one of the busiest and most dynamic sites, they are looking for a skilled Site Administrator to join the team on a temporary, long-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing operation while enjoying the flexibility of an 8/6 FIFO roster. Your new role As the Site Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting daily operations. You’ll be responsible for: Managing rosters, timesheets, and travel/accommodation logistics Coordinating site access and compliance documentation Supporting leadership with reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments Ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of site admin processes This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for all things admin. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a site administration role, ideally within mining or heavy industry Strong organisational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and site systems (e.g., SAP, INX, JDE) Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a strong commitment to safety Ability to work autonomously on an 8 days on / 6 days off FIFO roster C class driving licence (manual or auto) What you'll get in return This role is being offered initially on a long-term temporary contract, with the possibility of permanency for the right candidate.
