The Role We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team and lead delivery of a wide range of construction projects, from $500k fitouts to $50 million new builds. You’ll play a key role in: Leading subcontractors with a safety-first mindset, ensuring EHSQ compliance throughout the project duration Managing daily site activities from establishment through to handover Building strong subcontractor and stakeholder relationships Developing, scheduling and tracking project programmes with the Project Manager Driving quality outcomes and providing exceptional client experiences What You’ll Bring Prior experience as a Site Manager in fitout, new build, or both A collaborative, positive approach and team-first mindset A strong commitment to safety and risk management We’ll also support you in developing skills, which include Procore, MS Project, contract management, and team leadership.
