About the role If you’re an experienced Estimator who wants to be part of a close-knit team and thrives on winning work and having great relationships, this could be the role for you. We are looking for someone who will: Review tender documents to develop and undertake accurate tender estimates Deliver bid strategies including innovation and value engineering Negotiate the best subcontractor quotes Assist project teams with cost planning for ECI and CM projects Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and consultants Why we’re a Great Place to Work We have the ambitious vision to be ‘the place where everyone wants to work’. About you Minimum of 3 years’ experience in estimating, ideally within the modular construction industry A strong attention to detail Exceptional communicator, organiser and time manager Ability to meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure A strong grasp of MS Office Suite, PDF, and estimating software including; CostX Strong relationship building skills Ability to resolve and handle conflict Flexibility and problem-solving skills Want to know more?
