About the role We’re looking for an experienced foreman or a skilled tradesperson ready to get off the tools and build their career in site management. You’re a born organiser who can handle trades and keep sites safe, productive, and to the high standard we’re known for. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Supporting a strong safety culture and ensuring the site meets EHSQ requirements Coordinating the trades and sequencing of work based on construction programmes Overseeing site logistics, including site access, deliveries, and waste management Maintaining project records such as documenting daily site activities Ensuring all incidents, dilapidation reports, and defects rectifications are completed and followed up About you Experience as a foreman, leading hand, or tradesperson in the construction industry Great communicator and problem-solver Strong leadership, organisational, and people skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or Procore knowledge a plus) What’s in it for you We know careers in construction are built, not handed out.
