We provide services and supports to adults, and families with accompanying children in the form of accommodation, case management, assertive outreach, financial assistance, community connection and referral services. About The Role As a Relief Support Worker, this is your opportunity to provide assistance to adults who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, rendering various support which provides stable, secure, safe and transitional accommodation. Reporting to the Front of House Team Leader, this is a casual position based in Northbridge, WA. The Support Worker role requires rotational shift work in a 24/7 residential service. Shift times - 7am -3pm, 3pm - 11pm, 11pm - 7am. Shift availability is dependant on permanent staff coverage requirements. Same day requests to cover a shift may apply. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Award, Level 3.
