What you'll contribute to This position is based within our wholly owned subsidiary Australian Alliance Automotive Finance (AAAF) supporting our alliance partners. This role will be based at our office in Milton, QLD. As a Dealer Development and Account Manager , you will play a key role in supporting the success of our dealer network by driving sales performance, building capability, and strengthening relationships across your territory. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and has a passion for the automotive and finance industries. How you'll make an impact Dealership Relationship Management Be the first point of contact for all dealership enquiries within your territory Build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of dealership management Develop and follow structured call plans to ensure consistent, high-quality engagement Manage and execute action items and follow-ups from all dealer interactions Training & Capability Development Oversee accreditation requirements across your dealer network Support onboarding of new Business Managers within your territory Assess staff competency and provide coaching or training to improve performance Partner with regional specialists to lift overall dealership capability Sales Performance & Growth Contribute to regional value chain growth and achievement of sales budgets Execute regional sales strategies in alignment with the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Partner with dealerships to meet KPIs and improve financial performance Analyse territory performance, identify gaps, and implement countermeasures Support initiatives in areas such as retention, used vehicles, GFV, Fleet, KINTO, marketing/digital, pricing and retail lending operations Drive best practice and continuous improvement across your region Stakeholder Management Collaborate with Mazda Australia and Suzuki Auto Co regional field teams Support the Dealer Credit team on wholesale finance matters as required Your attributes Proven track record of achievement in a sales or account management environment Strong understanding of the finance and motor vehicle industries A structured, disciplined approach to planning, follow-up and reporting Previous experience managing a sales territory or dealer network Exposure to lending or credit processes Certificate IV or Diploma in Financial Services Excellent presentation and communication skills Life at Toyota & What we offer you We pride ourselves on a work culture that supports and rewards people.
