Senior Site Manager

With a strong reputation for technical excellence and a collaborative team culture, this company is expanding and seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead operations on key projects across Sydney. Your new roleAs a Site Manager, you will be the driving force behind day-to-day site operations, ensuring passive fire systems and construction works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. You’ll coordinate trades, manage resources, and uphold compliance with AS4072, AS1530, and the New Zealand Building Code. Key responsibilitiesLead site teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality installations.Manage daily site activities, sequencing, and resource allocation.Oversee procurement, deliveries, and safe storage of materials.Enforce Health & Safety protocols, toolbox talks, and inductions.Maintain QA documentation including pre/during/after photos and reports.Conduct site meetings, briefings, and stakeholder communications.Identify and resolve issues, variations, and scope changes.Support project handover, defect management, and lessons learned reviews. What you'll need to succeedMinimum 2 years’ experience in construction and 3 years in passive fire protection.Level 3 Passive Fire Protection certification (Level 4 preferred).Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.White Card, First Aid, and Site Safe Gold Card.Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and compliance standards.Full driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites.
