Key responsibilities: Enhance site safety and environmental practices continuously Train and assess personnel to meet industry and company competency standards Apply and develop company policies to ensure consistent safety and performance Manage team responsibilities clearly and ensure accountability Support injury management and resolve safety, training, quality, or environmental issues. About you: Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety Comprehensive knowledge of the Western Australia Work Health and Safety Act 2020, Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022, and related regulatory guidance iCAM qualification or equivalent experience in incident causation analysis Current First Aid certification (Senior preferred ) Internal auditor Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills Superior organizational and communication abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Experience in mineral processing operations ( highly desirable ).
