About Us Plumb Connex Group is a well-established, fast-growing plumbing company based in Kingsgrove, delivering large-scale multi-residential and commercial new build projects across the Greater Sydney region. Our work spans from deep in-ground hydraulics through to detailed fit-offs at the highest quality standards. With multiple tower and commercial projects currently underway, we are looking to expand our core team with experienced Supervisors, Plumbers, and Maintenance Plumbers who take pride in their workmanship and want to be part of a company that values quality, teamwork, and professionalism. The Roles We have multiple full-time positions available for: Construction Plumbers (rough-in, stacks, fit-off, copper, HDPE, etc.) Supervisors / Leading Hands Maintenance & Service Plumbers Each role offers a chance to work on complex hydraulic systems within high-rise and commercial environments, alongside a skilled and supportive team. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality construction plumbing with minimal supervision Interpret and work from plans, schematics, and specifications Complete works across: In-ground drainage Pressure services (hot, cold & recycled) Copper welding / stainless-steel work HDPE welding Rough-in, stack, and fit-off Commissioning & testing Supervise and mentor apprentices (for supervisor roles) Coordinate materials, deliveries, and on-site work sequencing Liaise with Project Managers and builders to ensure smooth project delivery Maintain compliance with all WH&S, Australian Standards, and NCC Plumbing Codes For maintenance roles: fault finding, repairs, servicing, and client liaison About You You’ll be the kind of plumber who takes pride in your work and understands what “doing it right” looks like.
