THE ROLE Client Services Officer supporting a dedicated team of professionals with administrative tasks relating to Business Services. Supporting Accountants to provide high levels of service to a high net-worth client base. Preparing documentation and coordinating client meetings. Collating and distributing client documentations. Producing all relevant documentation for clients. Maintaining client information and general administration tasks including invoicing. Undertaking a variety of support responsibilities that makes everything just work perfectly! Onboarding clients and assisting with seminars. Liaising with the ATO and ASIC. Lodging tax returns. Co-ordinate workflow. YOU Will have at least two years prior office experience, ideally in an accounting firm, but will consider any other professional services area ie financial planning, legal, real estate. Are able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. Are highly organised with good time management skills. Are tech savvy with good MS Office skills, MYOB AE/Xero a bonus, but will train.
