What We Offer: A supportive and respectful team culture that values its people A strong commitment to safety, training, and continuous improvement Competitive rates reflective of your experience Superannuation paid on all hours worked Access to training pathways and development opportunities Extensive salary sacrifice options including novated leasing, flights, and more National accreditation About the Role: Roster: 8 days on 1 week off (FIFO) Employment Type: Permanent full time Location: Western Australia Lead training processes and procedures, ensuring full compliance and accurate record keeping for internal and Nationally Recognised Assessments Daily interaction with team members to assist with site safety requirements Work with team members to support upskilling and career progression Ensure training materials are maintained in line with business and industry standards Identify learning and development improvement opportunities OHS functions Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role Full Australian working rights Certificate IV in Training & Assessing (TAE40116 minimum, preferable TAE40122) Australian HR Class driver's licence High Risk Work Licence – Elevated Work Platform, Dogging, Basic Rigging or Mobile Non-Slewing Crane (desirable) Background in the Drill and Blast Industry Experienced in multiple Open Pit Mining equipment competencies e.g. Haul Truck, Water Cart, Grader, Loader, Dozer, Service Truck and Excavator Previous experience delivering Nationally Recognised Training Packages Strong computer literacy Excellent attention to detail Excellent understanding of WHS Act and Regulations Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with people at all levels of the business Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and provide a National Police Clearance About Us: Ozland Mining Services is a privately owned mining services company delivering specialised, end-to-end solutions across Western Australia’s resource sector.
