Software Developer

Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable custom software and cloud solutions. Build front-end applications using Angular, React or modern frameworks. Implement back-end systems using Python, SQL and AWS services. Apply Agile methodologies including SCRUM and CI/CD workflows. Contribute to architecture design and best practices across the SDLC. Conduct data analysis on time-series datasets and integrate with cloud databases. Maintain source control and collaborate using GitHub and JIRA. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar. 5 years' experience designing and developing custom software solutions. AWS Cloud certification beneficial. Skills & Competencies Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, CSS and HTML. Cloud-native development using AWS (Lambda, ECS, RDS). Experience with Angular, React or similar SPA frameworks. Knowledge of PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB and Snowflake (advantageous). Familiarity with Docker, Linux and CI/CD pipelines via GitHub. Strong understanding of security best practices. Excellent problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills. Exposure to Energy or Mining industry beneficial.
