Operator Two-Shift System

You're responsible for your own slicing line—ensuring smooth operations, maintaining product quality, and making quick adjustments as needed. Your responsibilities include: Operating and monitoring your slicing line to ensure optimal production flow. Conducting quality checks and adhering to HACCP standards. Solving first-line disruptions independently (or working with a technician). Contributing ideas for improvements and ensuring a smooth production process. You'll work in a two-shift schedule with the following times: Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:30 Afternoon shift: 14:30 – 23:00 Additionally, there's an option to work on Saturdays for 150% pay.
