Job Description

Senior Commercial Manager - Hybrid Working - Central Belt, Scotland. I’m delighted to be supporting a highly successful global organisation delivering large-scale, high-profile projects across the UK. Due to department growth, they now have a new opening for a senior commercial manager to take ownership of key contracts and lead the commercial strategy that underpins the smooth delivery of major programmes. Within the role, you will be involved in every aspect of contract management, from claims and variations through to governance, negotiations, and delivering pragmatic commercial solutions. There’s real variety, visibility, and scope to develop your career within a wider commercial function that’s investing heavily in people, process, and continuous improvement. They’re looking for someone who: Has a proven track record in managing complex, high-value contracts. Communicates and influences effectively at all levels. Leads with resilience, collaboration, and integrity. Ideally holds a degree and professional accreditation (e.g. WorldCC). Experience gained in complex, contract-led sectors such as aerospace, energy, defence, infrastructure, or other highly regulated industries. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on challenge, enjoys collaborating with project and stakeholder teams, and can navigate commercial complexity while staying focused on outcomes.
