Teaching Assistant Location: Sheerness Contract: Full-time / Term-time only Academics are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about education to make a real difference in the classroom. Key Responsibilities: Support pupils 1:1, in small groups, and across whole-class activities. Deliver targeted interventions (literacy, numeracy, speech & language, sensory). Provide additional support for pupils with SEN . Assist teachers with planning, preparation and classroom management. Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and confidence. Help monitor and record pupil progress. What We're Looking For: Previous classroom or child-support experience. Strong understanding of SEN support. Patient, proactive, and reliable approach.
