Talent Sourcer (£215/day - 6 month contract)

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inbound Talent Sourcer to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for candidates and play a key role in creating a seamless and engaging recruitment experience. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other sourcing professionals to attract and engage top talent. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute inbound sourcing strategies to attract the right candidates for your team. Collaborate with recruiters and sourcers to build and leverage talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs. Serve as an inbound sourcing expert, reporting on trends and proposing solutions to recruitment challenges. Understand business function profiles to effectively match candidates with appropriate opportunities. Post and maintain job listings across internal and external career sites and job boards. Source candidates via ATS, internal CV databases, Boolean search, social media, employee referrals, online databases, and events. Act as a first-line ambassador to potential candidates, screening and engaging talent in the job market. Conduct phone screens to assess skills, experience, availability, salary expectations, and cultural fit. Manage online assessment processes, including language, technical, and coding tests. Accurately report and track candidate data as required. Who You’ll Work With: Recruiters Sourcers Hiring Managers Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 1–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively Self-starter with a strong work ethic, accountability, and a team-first mentality Growth mindset and curiosity to learn, with the ability to see situations from multiple perspectives Data-driven, results-oriented, and strategic in approach
