You’ll prepare and analyse HR metrics, develop clear and intuitive dashboards, and transform complex data into meaningful insights that support business planning and workforce management. By combining your technical expertise with creativity, you’ll bring data to life, helping Serco achieve its purpose to impact a better future. You’ll make a positive impact by: Preparing HR metrics and reports that support consistent and informed decision making. Providing complex ad-hoc reports and insights in line with business needs and SLAs. Collaborating with global and functional teams to standardise metrics and definitions. Benchmarking business metrics against industry standards and compliance requirements. Supporting data-driven projects and initiatives that enable timely decision making. Developing intuitive reporting interfaces and maintaining clear documentation Serco is a place for you To be successful in this role, you’ll have: A Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, IT or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of SAP HCM data and reporting capabilities. Experience with BI and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or SAP Analytics Cloud. Advanced Excel skills including Macros, VBA scripting and statistical analysis. Strong business analysis, problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with SQL scripting, DAX, or predictive modelling (Python/R) is desirable. You’ll join a highly supportive culture with trusted leaders who will help you achieve your goals.
