We offer a variety of different shifts around the clock, including daytime, evening, overnight and on both weekdays and weekends. Our Casual Roles Operations Driver - Our Operations Drivers are our team on the ground, driving service vehicles to manage our e-scooter and e-bike fleet. This includes being in charge of a service vehicle (typically a van, ute or small electric vehicle) and picking up e-scooters/ e-bikes across the city and moving them to high demand locations and swapping batteries. This is a hands-on, high impact role that will suit people who love driving, love physical work and looking for an exciting challenge. Scooter Swapper - Our Scooter Swappers use an e-scooter to ride to our fleet in the field to swap batteries. This role can also include the responsibilities of a Ground Patroller as required. Ground Patrollers - Our Ground Patrollers are responsible for taking care of our fleet in the field. Basic duties include deploying and redistributing e-scooters at various high-demand areas around the city, ensuring scooters are docked in designated zones or in compliance with local parking regulations and looking after the regular sanitation of our fleet and helmets. Role Requirements Flexibility to work regular evenings and/or weekends. Our peak hours are often weekends and evenings, which is when we may require the most manpower support. Ideally, the ability to work 15 hours (minimum) to 30 hours (maximum) per week. Ability to regularly lift, carry and manoeuvre 35-40kg. For an Operations Driver, a valid drivers licence is required. A suitable smart phone is required (generally an Apple or Android device from 2018 or newer) Self-starter who radiates positivity and possesses a “can-do” attitude. Passion for delivering a seamless customer experience. Any further experience in mobility, transportation, logistics, etc. is advantageous.
