Customer Support Team Member Theta Technologies Pty Ltd began in 1996 and over the last few decades has become a leading provider of innovative technology solutions for the food manufacturing and export industry. (CSU.TO), one of the largest software companies on the Toronto exchange. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Team Member to join our growing team. As a Customer Support Team Member , you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and technical assistance. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a seamless and positive experience with our key product. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone and email, troubleshooting issues with our software solution. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. Document and track all customer interactions and support tickets in our ticketing system, ensuring accurate and detailed records. Collaborate with the development and implementation teams to identify and report recurring issues, contributing to product improvement and bug fixes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product and services to provide the most accurate and helpful support. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of our knowledge base, including FAQs, user guides, and tutorials. Proactively communicate with clients about updates, new features, and potential service disruptions. Required Qualifications & Skills Exceptional communication skills , both oral and written. You'll need to be able to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, easy-to-understand way. Strong interpersonal abilities with a genuine desire to help others. A positive and resilient attitude , with the capacity to accept and effectively utilize constructive criticism for continuous improvement. Proven problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Desirable Qualifications & Skills Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role. This will give you a head start in understanding our clients' needs. Familiarity with the food manufacturing industry. Knowing the challenges and processes of our clients' world will be a major advantage. An IT background and a solid understanding of fundamental IT concepts. Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Windows operating systems, Office 365, Windows Server, IIS and MS SQL Server would be advantageous but not required. Why Join Theta Technologies?
